Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developed a comprehensive brand identity system for Catholic Dance Crew, including a mood board to direct the design process, a logo, typography, and collateral. Worked in collaboration with a friend who creates and manages the social media content.

  • Created and managed an online merchandise store, meeting the demand for branded products and extending the group's recognition nationwide.

  • Designed a logo and brand identity system that makes the group identity more professional, facilitating paid opportunities for teaching line and swing dancing at local bars.

  • Created design materials and a brand identity system that fostered the expansion of Catholic Dance Crew into Denver, establishing a second chapter to broaden the group's reach and impact.

Results

  • Achieved a strong social media presence with 6,500+ Instagram followers and 200 posts, bolstering community engagement and visibility.

  • Sold more than 100 t-shirts and other types of merchandise, enhancing brand recognition nationwide. People who wear the Catholic Dance Crew merchandise have been recognized by strangers in bars all over the country.

  • Attained viral success with many videos, including a top-performing Instagram Reel that garnered 1.6M views and 97.8k likes.
